Stage Squares subscriptions provide access to enhanced software tools only. Subscription status does not affect participation, odds, outcomes, or results of any game. Stage Squares does not facilitate, collect, distribute, or endorse wagers, entry fees, or prizes of value.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stage Squares ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Stage Squares is a sports-themed social game organization platform. The Service allows users to create, manage, and participate in squares-style game boards for entertainment purposes. Stage Squares is designed for fun, social engagement, and bragging rights.

Stage Squares is for bragging rights only. The platform does not facilitate, collect, distribute, or endorse wagers, entry fees, or monetary prizes of any kind.

3. Free Participation

Participation in games on Stage Squares is always free. All users, regardless of subscription status, can:

  • Join game boards
  • Claim squares
  • View live results and scores
  • Earn bragging badges
  • Comment and react

No payment is required to participate in, view, or win any game. Subscription status does not affect participation, odds, outcomes, or results.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Stage Squares offers optional paid subscriptions that provide access to enhanced software tools for game organizers. Subscriptions pay for software capabilities, not games. Paid features include:

  • Additional active game slots
  • Ad-free experience
  • Advanced board customization and branding
  • Enhanced statistics and game history
  • Moderation and organization tools

Paid features are content-neutral and outcome-neutral. They do not provide any advantage in game participation, square selection, timing, odds, or winner determination.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Facilitate, organize, or promote gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind
  • Collect, distribute, or manage entry fees, buy-ins, or monetary prizes
  • Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
  • Misrepresent the nature of the Service as a gambling or wagering platform

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Stage Squares is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

7. No Affiliation with Sports Organizations

Stage Squares is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), any NFL team, the NCAA, NASCAR, IndyCar, IMSA, Formula 1, the ACO, the Daytona 500, the Indianapolis 500, or any other sports league, team, speedway, or event organizer. All team names, league names, event names, logos, and trademarks referenced within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Stage Squares and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stage Squares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
